Amazing Service by Miguel I went in at about 5:30PM because I thought Honda closed at 7. I was having battery issues and went to Miguel Cuenca who still helped me and resolved I went in at about 5:30PM because I thought Honda closed at 7. Nail in my tire Right after I got a routine oil change, I noticed my tire had low air pressure, which was odd since they just filled it up. I checked the pressure mys Right after I got a routine oil change, I noticed my tire had low air pressure, which was odd since they just filled it up. I checked the pressure myself and it was fine but I couldn't get the light to go away. I called and they said they must have forgotten to reset the sensors. I brought it in and they discovered a nail in my tire. It had to have happened while I was there since the light came on as I was leaving the dealership. I was furious since the nail was obviously from construction outside the dealership and they wouldn't even patch my tire there. I went to Pep Boys across the street and they said I was the third one to come in with the same issue. It was a huge nail and now there is damage to my tire that will cost me an immense amount of money to replace. I'm extremely annoyed since all they did was send me away and not even offer any compensation. I will NOT be taking my car back here. More
