Service department is a scam! Made an appointment and brought my car in. I was told 1-2 hours…took 4 hours before they asked me if I wanted to do the work. They hook you initially with a $240 diagnostic charge only to tell you it’ll cost $2,000 for a part and labor change. The same was found for $700 elsewhere! I lost 4 hours and paid $240 to do it. This place is a scam! I first get here November 8th to trade in my wife's car for a Honda Odyssey because what advertise is 0% for 60 months for all New 2025/2026 models, I first get here November 8th to trade in my wife's car for a Honda Odyssey because what advertise is 0% for 60 months for all New 2025/2026 models, which is not true. The sales guy, Nate, showed the finance team/managers what is stated on the ad. The finance team said well that's not what it's for, only for Ridgelnes, Accords, and HRVs only. So we left and went to Toyota down the street and got my wife a car. I was still in the market for getting a car myself and remembering what the sales rep said 0% for HRV, Accords, and Ridgelines. I submitted my car to see the value, and someone called me at 6:08 pm November 14th. I explained to her that I wanted the 0% for 60 months and 90 day no payment, she replied she is not sure to let her talk to financing and she will text me on what it applies to. At 6:28 pm she reaches back out via text message and confirms that the 3 vehicles all apply for the promotion. The following day at 10:38 am someone else calls me and asks if I am still interested, I then again repeat what I am looking for and confirm what was told to me was correct. She said yes and I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm. When I finally get there I was told by the Sales Rep that manager, Daniela, said no the 0% for 60 months and 90 day payments are only for the Honda Accord and basically said oh well. Even though I confirmed and the 2 different individuals I was in contact with both checked. So Daniela proceeded to remind me that she helped when the service team scratched my black Honda Accord door and the issue with Honda Civic being damaged by the service team. This dealership has messed up multiple times and proceeded to blame someone else and refuse to take any accountability. Save your money and go to Autonation or Findlay Honda, that way you can have a proper buying experience. More
