Service department is a scam! Made an appointment and brought my car in. I was told 1-2 hours…took 4 hours before they asked me if I wanted to do the work. They hook you initially with a $240 diagnostic charge only to tell you it’ll cost $2,000 for a part and labor change. The same was found for $700 elsewhere! I lost 4 hours and paid $240 to do it. Save your money and time!!!! More
