Went in at 9am for the recall and the first service. Also had a mechanical issue. Greg helped me with everything and the car was ready for me same day 4pm. Thank you Greg!! The only con I have to give is to Honda Management (this has nothing to do with Greg). Bringing the car in at 9am for a recall action I expected at least a courtesy vehicle to make things right. Or reimbursing me for the uber rides to and from Honda. Or a complementary. Neither of the above were available. This is disappointing when Toyota offers complementary rental for even the basic of services. Honda management, please do better. More
