Unethical The dealership does not honor their service warranty and after returning several times for the same problem and spending thousands of dollars, the bel The dealership does not honor their service warranty and after returning several times for the same problem and spending thousands of dollars, the belligerent manager says he needs to keep the car for a week until he has time to look into it. Took it to another Honda dealer that immediately diagnosed the problem but Honda West refuses to acknowledge their responsibility. I originally took my car to Honda West because I needed to drive out of state immediately due to the death of my parents and asked them to recommend what needed to be done. I paid for the work they recommended only for the car to be in worse condition after. They apologized, attempted to repair the faulty job done prior and then admitted they forgot to check the tires the first time and that that was the original problem. They recommended I go elsewhere to repair the tires. I should have gone elsewhere to begin with. The problem still exists! But the bully manager wants to argue instead of handle the job professionally, which explains why the car attendants are careless with the cars. They changed every station on my car radio to the same Spanish rap radio station and damaged the hood latch. The attendants admitted to it but the manager later says he has no memory so not possible. Horrible customer service. I was a customer for 15 years but never again. My family and I will be trading in our Hondas and purchasing elsewhere. More

yearly service Very pleasant and efficient service advisor. Gave an estimated wait time of 1 1/2 hours. Well that seemed to fall apart as the time approached. Still, Very pleasant and efficient service advisor. Gave an estimated wait time of 1 1/2 hours. Well that seemed to fall apart as the time approached. Still, vent though it took another hour to get my car, the service was complete, the car was freshly washed, and the same service advisor helped me with a few things I’d forgotten. All in all a good dealership experience. More

Great service! I purchased my car about two years ago and was told my first pilot change was free. The car didn't need an oil change in all of that time and they honored that.
