After they bought their first Honda and needed service they went to Honda West and was introduced to Karla, she was wonderful in her explanations and was just a good person to trust, so the next time I needed an oil change i went to Honda West and asked for Karla, I have gone no where else for several years now and my daughter and son-in-law bought a Honda Pilot, now we are a three car Honda Family, and we always take our cars to Karla, sorry Honda West we will follow Karla, where ever she goes so go our cars, why, we can trust her to be honest with us.
