I took the CRV in for an oil change and was out in about 45minutes (that's about a 1/2hour+ less time than it has taken me elsewhere). The car was washed afterwards as well! That too was a bonus as I pass through three construction zones on the way to work every morning!!! Thank You Honda West More

Quick and Easy I came in and Pedro helped me out almost immediately. Excellent Service Recently, I had a major problem with my Honda Pilot. It won’t start . I purchased a new battery a few months ago so it should not be the problem. I wa Recently, I had a major problem with my Honda Pilot. It won’t start . I purchased a new battery a few months ago so it should not be the problem. I was scared to drive my car thinking that it will not start That incident happened more frequently the last couple of weeks One day, I was going to work and my car won’t start so I called roadside assistance. He was able to start the engine. I didn’t waste no time I took my car to the dealership. Rick Ream ( Service Advisor) was very helpful, he explained to me some potential reasons and asked me to leave my car overnight so the technician can diagnose the problem the following day. My car is 2016 model and I bought a Honda because of reliability. I was devastated to have a problem like this. Rick called me to pick up my car the following day . He told me that it has something to do with an alarm system. He told me to drive my car for weeks and then bring it back to see if taking the alarm off will solve the problem. So far , my car is been running good and hoping it stays that way. Thanks Rick Ream and the technician who help me with my car. You guys did an excellent job. It feels great to have a Service Department that you can trust. More

Water/Soap Stained paint On Monday September 3rd I dropped off my 2018 Civic Si for warranty work. The HFP front chin spoiler came undone do to some cheap double sided tape jo On Monday September 3rd I dropped off my 2018 Civic Si for warranty work. The HFP front chin spoiler came undone do to some cheap double sided tape job. Requested to not get a car wash after work was performed because I just had my car detailed by Lusso Auto Spa Saturday September 1st. When car was returned to me it was significantly dirtier than when I picked dropped off the vehicle. Looked to be dust, expected since we live in Las Vegas. Went to have my car washed Saturday September 8th at Lusso Auto Spa, they called my into the wash bay to look at heavy spotting on the back end of the car that is not coming off. After some polishing it went away a little but is now permanently stained into my 3 month old car. Not what I was expecting nor wanting when I took my car in for something I wasn't too pleased with happening in the first place. More

My overall numerous visits to Honda were I would say excellent with Rodrigo and the service area where you sat and awaited for your vehicle to be completed. I dealt with one other service provider at one point when Rodrigo was not there and all I can say is I prefer Rodrigo over any one else, because he literally strives to help you understand your vehicle needs and services needed and with honesty. Between Honda and Toyota they’re the only dealers I know that give you top services. M . Also even whn I first bought my Honda I didn’t feel like I was ripped off lol 😂 kinda crazy right. Normally some dealers try to up sell you, but that did not happen here! More
