Caring staff I had made my appointment over the phone for next day service with my concerns. The next day I was met by the same gentleman, Shaun, who had taken car I had made my appointment over the phone for next day service with my concerns. The next day I was met by the same gentleman, Shaun, who had taken care of me last visit. He greeted me with a friendly smile of recognition and proceeded to help diagnose the problem with my car. The radiator was leaking and he prepared me for the extensive/expensive repairs that may follow. The blow was delivered with sensitivity and care.
