For the actual sale process, Robin introduced me to Antonio Jackson. Antonio made the actual purchase process and contract set up about as simple and stress free as can be. The exceptional service continued when I met with Yosbel Corrales to review all the options and execute the final purchase contract. And the process to meet with the Service Advisor, Joshua Madrid was again very professional and complete. It is important to note that at no time in this purchase process did the Honda West associates push any particular item. They professionally presented all options in answer to my questions. There are quite a few places in the Las Vegas area to buy your new or used Honda vehicle, but take it from an extremely satisfied customer, you will not be treated any better or more professionally. I highly recommend this dealership, as well as their entire staff. Trustworthy and friendly service reps I brought my car in on a Saturday fully expecting to be replacing brake pads at the very least. I expressed my concerns to Don, my service rep. A short time later he came out to say he had good news, and that I didn’t need brakes. He took the time to sit down with me in the waiting area to explain what the crunching noise was that I heard that day, and told me they cleaned things up. He also took time to discuss concerns I had with my tires. I am a woman; so I always feel a little vulnerable when I walk into a shop for service. Don didn’t just provide friendly service; he treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I could’ve been sold a brake job I didn’t really need; but Don is honest. He is a fine representative of Honda West and I will drive across town to get service done at this dealership. More
