Very good experience No haggle price was fair and appreciated. My Salesman Davod was very knowledgeable of the car and outstanding to work with. My only negative thing to say at all was the price offered/given on my trade-in: a 2012 Honda CRV (57,000 miles), that ironically was purchased at Honda West. Blue Book value for AVERAGE trade in was around $10,500. Honda West only offered $7,500 which was ridiculous. Finally after about 30 - 45 minutes of haggling Honda west offered me $8.500. I actually received a trade-in offer of $11,000 from Hyundai a month prior to. you guys almost lost an easy sale...and I have excellent credit because of low trade-in offer. More
