Service Review I walked in at 7:30 for my appointment because my Honda's B1 service engine notification appeared. Service advisor Shaun Galicinao was happy to help. I walked in at 7:30 for my appointment because my Honda's B1 service engine notification appeared. Service advisor Shaun Galicinao was happy to help. A B1 notification means that the tires must be rotated and that I needed an oil change. I explained to Shaun that merely 3 months ago I replaced my tires, so I didn't need my tires to be rotated. Instead of being pushy as many other workers I encountered were, he accepted my request and followed through with only the oil change. He was quite amenable and prompt with his services. I recommend him to anyone requiring assistance from Honda West. When I return in the future, I will request for Shaun for his great customer service and quality of work! More

Excellent service and follow up I was helped again at Honda west with my Pilot service with exceptionally professional person(Adam) who attends the needs of my vehicle repair closely I was helped again at Honda west with my Pilot service with exceptionally professional person(Adam) who attends the needs of my vehicle repair closely with a clear advice and a good demnour to address possible repair mishaps leaving things for chance. I had timing belt changed, battery replaced and I can't be happier since it meant it gives me peace of mind for few years of a relatively safe and convenient drive. I find Adam a very good customer advocate and always comfortable to leave my repair needs in his hands. Very humble dude and he make sure he find a way to accommodate your needs. If you own Honda and in Las Vegas, in my experience you are better off with Honda West. More

New car sales experience My partner and I just purchased a Honda Civic EX-T from Conrad at Honda West, Las Vegas. She had been there several times before the two of us came in My partner and I just purchased a Honda Civic EX-T from Conrad at Honda West, Las Vegas. She had been there several times before the two of us came in together. The salesman we dealt with treated her just the way she wanted when they first met. He didn't push her but just let her look around on her own until she had questions and eventually she took a test drive. She told me after each of her visits that she was very comfortable and finally that they had a car that she wanted. When I met Conrad I could see right away that he knew what he was doing and that things were just the way my partner told me they'd be. I was impressed by the size of the dealership and the number of customers meeting with sales people on a Wednesday afternoon. Very professional to say the least and a very relaxed atmosphere with everyone we dealt with. I'm told that Conrad came in on his day off to meet with us.
