It's very difficult to get into contact with them. I asked for a copy of the estimate multiple times, but was never sent one. When i was sent one, they sent it to the wrong address. I corrected them on the spelling of my name multiple times, and even the official forms I signed are not my name. I asked if that would be an issue and was told 'just try and pay it.' then i was told 'Sorry Mija' with the wrong spelling again. Even here you spelled my name wrong. They also tried to charge me a diagnosis fee that my battery was broken and some other stuff, then they went back to look for more and said their original diagnosis was wrong. i dont understand, if i hadnt asked them to go back, I would have driven out of there with a nearly $2000 bill and my car would still be broken. I was frustrated about these things. More
