I received an estimate for replacing my rear end brakes during a prior visit to the Service center. Upon returning to the Service center in 4 months to have the brakes replaced I specifically asked Amber m during a prior visit to the Service center. Upon returning to the Service center in 4 months to have the brakes replaced I specifically asked Amber my Service Advisor if the cost of the replacement would be the same as the estimate. She said she did not see a reason why it would change and later provided me with an invoice that was significantly MORE. All she had to do was verify if the estimate was still correct. Her lack of experience in the role was apparent and I received poor service as a result. She did NOT apologize. Unfortunately all of the experienced Service Advisers no longer work there and customers are suffering as a result. More
