First, the tech tried to turn my oil change and recalls into a $1200+ bill. He recommended a number of xxxxxxxx filter changes, and rear brakes. Then, when I came to pick the car up at the dealer, I was told they were unable to process my payment at the facility. I’d have to login and pay over some sketchy payment site. I will absolutely never be back to this dealer. More

Recommended items that were not reason for service. I had to ask for the software upgrade again as we were trying to rule things out. I remember when the mechanic (Tim) used to call me and update me on issues and fixes. Now it is a service assistant who clearly is trying to upsell me and cannot answer why certain things were done and what issue may be. I will not be back as my car still shakes when maintaining speed. I may not even buy another Honda here which is a shame because I purchased my last 4 cars here. More
