I had to ask for the software upgrade again as we were trying to rule things out. I remember when the mechanic (Tim) used to call me and update me on issues and fixes. Now it is a service assistant who clearly is trying to upsell me and cannot answer why certain things were done and what issue may be. I will not be back as my car still shakes when maintaining speed. I may not even buy another Honda here which is a shame because I purchased my last 4 cars here. More
First, the tech tried to turn my oil change and recalls into a $1200+ bill. He recommended a number of xxxxxxxx filter changes, and rear brakes. Then, when I came to pick the car up at the dealer, I was told they were unable to process my payment at the facility. I’d have to login and pay over some sketchy payment site. I will absolutely never be back to this dealer. More
Was told by one sales associate on the phone (Bob) price should be able to be matched on identical vehicle listed right on another dealerships website. When I came into the dealership I asked for Bob yet was intercepted by associate Steve who has only been with Hyundai for 2 months. They refused to match the price and acted like giving me the standard rebate being offered was a favor. My credit score is over 800 and I put down 9k. Steve did not know anything about the vehicle whatsoever or even if the Tuscon has a spare tire. I was ready to make the purchase yet told 2 other people are ahead of me to complete financing. I waited a couple hours before another finance associate came over from a dealer next door, Erik. He was great as he caught the system was trying to charge me for NJ AND PA taxes!!! It took a bit of time to figure this out but better than being charged twice. More
