They did not call to tell otherwise we would’ve had any installed. The second car had a 7:30 AM appointment for a warranty extension repair as well as some brake maintenance, maybe 4 hour job. I did not hear anything at all so I started calling the dealership around 2 PM and no answer. around 2:30 PM we received a call from the dealership, and they said they were just starting on the car and it should be done by the end of the day. We told him it had to be done by the end of the day because it was a Friday and we needed the car on the weekend. At 6:30 PM we left to head to the dealership because we heard nothing and the dealership was closing at 7 PM. They called while we were on our way there to see the car was done finally. No reason that a 7:30 AM appointment should not be completed until the end of the day. What’s the point of making appointments if they’re not kept by the dealership? More
Very personal place. Welcoming environment where they put your needs over selling a vehicle. Great for getting a vehicle quickly with good quality. Welcoming environment where they put your needs over selling a vehicle. Great for getting a vehicle quickly with good quality. More

That dude totally ruined the easiest sale ever for that young salesman. My mom didn’t want to haggle and she legit didn’t care what you gave her for a trade in. She just didn’t want the initial onus on her to come up with the first price of a car she knows nothing about when it comes to what it’s worth. Neither of did. But that idiot pressed. I will never be back and will instruct others to stay far away. More
