There seemed to be some uncertainty when I arrived about whether I had an appointment, which I did, but after overcoming that, the service visit was good. No surprises. It’s unfortunate they can not measure up to good customer service with the management . Service technicians are excellent. The service department refuses to answer the phones. I called over 30 times over thr service with the management . Service technicians are excellent. The service department refuses to answer the phones. I called over 30 times over three days.
