I knew I may need to replace my current vehicle sometime within the year, but wasn't at all sure what I wanted. I stopped by the dealership one afternoon and happened to meet Adolfo. He was very helpful listening to my situation and helping me sort out what would be best for me. I drove several vehicles my first visit and really liked his approach, very easy to talk with, very well informed, not at all pushy but more interested in helping me get the vehicle that's best for me. A few weeks later, I ended up deciding to replace my current vehicle sooner than anticipated so emailed Adolfo one evening. We exchanged several emails quickly and he worked with me to the point where my wife and I drove to Ames the next evening. She drove the Honda Fit and we agreed that's what we wanted. We had expected we would have to return a few days later to pick up the Fit, but to our surprise they got it ready for us while we did the paperwork, credit app, trade-in, and even stayed open an hour after closing time! Couldn't have had a better experience--highly recommended! More

Bought a new fit! Adolfo was great - attentive but not pushy. Arranged for an extended drive (3 hours) so I could make sure the Fit fit my hip. Price was excellent. Easy finance staff (Ben) went the extra mile at the last minute. All people at the dealership were friendly. Showroom and waiting room extraordinarily clean and light. Really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone - Adolfo did an excellent job - and I love my FIT! I am the retired Hamilton County Treasurer and have found Lithia's paperwork was submitted in a timely manner with minimal errors. Title staff were courteous and knowledgeable over the phone. More

He has done follow-ups after the sale to ensure I don't have any questions and make sure everything is okay with the vehicle which I appreciate. We were able to agree on a price for the vehicle fairly quickly. The experience of pricing the trade took a little while as did the financing, but all ended well for both parties I believe. I've been very pleased with the car so far in the 4 days I've owned it and believe it will be a good purchase going forward. More
