Honda of Ames

Ames Honda was a remarkably refreshing experience. I'm normally not impressed with salesmen. I pride myself in walking away from the gimmickry and scripted non-sense that they're constantly exposing I'm normally not impressed with salesmen. Most car dealerships appear to be clean and pleasant. Ames Honda was certainly no exception but the people I met there were truly exceptional. Kyler Krogman, the young upstart who sold us a Honda CRV, made us feel like he was working for us and not Honda. Even after the sale he spent a great deal of time re-reviewing the cars features and treating us more like friends than customers. A big thank you also to the service manager ( should be a salesman) Jeff, whose input was very, very valuable and gave us confidence in our decision. Thanks also to Doug who is amazingly professional. Finding a trustworthy business is rare and finding Ames Honda was truly an unexpected pleasure. More
