I really like the dealership. This time, they could have done a better service for me, and my Ridgeline. I came in for a service and to fix a hood issue. The service went well. I was told that more time had to be set aside to fix the hood. An appointment was made for one week later. I came in at the appointment time and work began. I was waiting in the customer lounge for an hour and a half. My phone rang and the service manager came out and informed me that the job needed to be finished at another time. The adhesive that they needed for the repair was down to the last container. When they opened that container, they found that it had dried out. There was none to be found in town. I made another appointment a week later. The job was finally finished. In total, I made four trips...Eagle Grove to Ames to get the job done. I like the staff and dealership. Sometimes things happen that is beyond control. That's life. More
