I was made to wait over 20 min for a ride of ~5 min. At Nissan, if there wasn’t a courtesy car immediately available, one of the guys drove me to my destination (5 min away) in my own vehicle. I paid for a key fob from am online bill I received. When the fob arrived to the dealership I was not notified. I called and left a voice mail that was never returned. I also called several times after my voice-mail wasn't returned before I finally got an answer about the fob. They had no record of what I had ordered and it took at least 15minutes for them to finally locate my order. When I arrived I sat for an hour before being told that they had cut the wrong key fob and had to start over. I then sat for another 30 minutes while they corrected their mistake. This process shouldn't have taken this long. they should not have spent an hour on something that wasn't even right to start. More

We had the best experience during our used car purchase at Honda of Ames! We went to the dealership with our list of "must haves" and "nice to haves" and left with a vehicle that ticked absolutely all the at Honda of Ames! We went to the dealership with our list of "must haves" and "nice to haves" and left with a vehicle that ticked absolutely all the boxes. Our sales person (Colton Hobson) was attentive to our needs and kept working with us until we found our perfect vehicle. The paperwork part of the experience went smoothly, too. This is the second car I've purchased from Honda of Ames and once again, they did not let me down! More
