Hi, we responded privately with my phone number and never got a response back. Took van in for maintenance after 3 months of driving and had to walk away without making any services. He said had we started an account when we bought it money can be put towards fixes that occur shirtly after driving it for a bit. Zero clue in this. This may be a known fact to negotiate but weve never purchased a used car from a dealership before, so buyers, now you know to ask if you didnt already.

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation as well as checking the tires to find out why I had such a wobble when I drove down the road. Every indication from my past experience pointed to something wrong with a tire - either the need to replace or out of balance - or the car needed an alignment. All I am saying is that the dealership missed out on selling a set of tires because they misread what was wrong by only doing a rotation and apparently only checking tire depth. The appointment was otherwise fine.
