Since then I had always returned there for servicing regardless where I got the car from. The service I received this past Saturday for my first oil changed reminded me of that initial encounter in 1987. I was impressed by the high-energy and level of attentiveness and the thorough report of the condition of my vehicle even though it is relatively new. The Mayfield location is a bit out of the way for me but they made it worth the trip and worth the wait. The convenient Saturday hours were truly a blessing! Thanks so much! More

Why I chose Motorcars for my Honda is the service, and no one exemplifies great service better than Georgiann Perno. Many of my service appointments are routine, but with the amount of miles on my Honda, I occasionally have a "bigger" service. On my last appointment, I needed exhaust and brakes work plus a couple smaller items. Georgiann met me so early that I was the first customer there, and she had a rental waiting, same model as my car, which let me get on with my day with as much ease as possible. My car was ready earlier than I expected, and everything was completed as promised. I couldn't have asked for better service from Motorcars or Georgiann Perno! More
