Jay was very patient, listened carefully and went out of the way to get me the best service possible for my new Honda CR-V. Jay is very personable which makes it easy to interact with him and constantly, keeps giving suggestions during our conversations which are extremely useful for a person like me who knows very little about cars. I wanted to get a bunch of accessories for my new Honda CR-V and had approached Jay regarding the nuances of each one of them. Believe it or not, he made an extraordinary effort in explaining the pros and cons of each and every accessory out there for the vehicle. On top of that, he took a great deal of time and effort to get the best prices possible for all the accessories and parts. I was more than just happy when I picked up my car from the service center every single time. In addition, Jay was also very prompt in keeping me updated about the progress and delivered more than I had even expected every single time. This review is long overdue for the excellent service offered by the Motorcars Honda. Many thanks to Jay and the service center. I am so looking forward to future service visits at the center. More
Friendly Reassuring Phone Service I called the service center on August 11 on my way home from work in a terrible storm. Sharon answered the phone. I was panicked because I was attempt I called the service center on August 11 on my way home from work in a terrible storm. Sharon answered the phone. I was panicked because I was attempting to make a service appointment for the next day. Sharon told me that there were no available service appointments for the 12th. Because I work in the Cleveland Heights area, I wanted an appointment the following Monday. Sharon scheduled me and discussed with me service specials. She also calmed me when I described what it was like driving in the storm. Sharon has great customer service skills. Incidentally, on Monday the 12th I was running late for my service appointment because of construction traffic and called the service center, I was frustrated because I thought I might lose my appointment. Sharon answered. She reassured me that it was Ok that I was running late and she rescheduled my appointment to a later time. She was so friendly and helpful. Once again GREAT customer service. More

I'm on my nineteenth Honda from your dealership and I have been delighted with the vehicles and the service I have received even through all your moves, starting on lee rd. Two weeks ago I was on the highway traveling to DC for an appointment at the whitehouse and I had a mechanical issue and called your service department and was put through emidiatly to Gorgian. I explained the situation to her and a mechanic was put on the phone, who told me explicitly what to do. I followed the instructions and the issue was corrected. The result of this is that no matter where I am, I have always been accommodated by your staff, I wish that I knew who was on the phone with me so I could give him this credit. Georgiann is an asset to this dealership and goes above and beyond every single time, and that goes back twenty eight years!! I have done, in my younger years, voice advertising and have been in Cleveland magazine promoting motorcade Honda, and it was my pleasure to do that because of what your dealership has done for me.
