On Tuesday we noticed transmission fluid leaking from the vehicle. We took the Pilot back to the dealer where the service writers first response was it it probably a defective part. Turned out that the fill plug on the transmission was missing. Either it was not replaced at the end of the service or not tightened sufficiently and vibrated loose. The plug was not in stock so we were told we had to wait until Thursday evening to pick up the Pilot. At 7 pm on Thursday, we were informed that the wrong part was ordered. So what was their solution? They took a transmission fill plug off of one of their rental cars and used it to repair our Pilot. This is extremely poor customer service by both the service technician and the parts department. More

Superior Tech Assistance - Listen to Andrew!! I was convinced there was an issue with the Bluetooth in my new 2016 Honda CR-V. After Andrew found out that I had scheduled a service appointment fo I was convinced there was an issue with the Bluetooth in my new 2016 Honda CR-V. After Andrew found out that I had scheduled a service appointment for my CR-V, he accompanied me down to service to look at my connectivity issue. I am quite technologically adept but the connection between my iPhone and CR-V had been wonky at best. Not only did Andrew solve my Bluetooth Connection issues, he assisted me with the responsiveness (or lack of) that I had been experiencing with Siri. Everything works perfectly now. Andrew not only solved the problem but explained to me the way that the technology works so that I understand the concepts. Interestingly enough, Andrew personally uses Android. However, he has the breadth and and depth of knowledge to trouble shoot apple issues as well as Android. LISTEN TO ANDREW he really understands the technology and is a fantastic instructor. He will explain the concepts to you and ensure that your vehicle is working the way that it should. I could not be happier. More
