I purchased a 2004 Audi A8 less than a month ago and a problem arose as it was leaking power steering fluid. I called Kevin Hudak and he told me to bring the car in and they would take a look at no charge. After finding out what the problem was, Kevin took care of the repair at no charge. That's great customer service and you have a return customer in me. Thanks. P.S. I forgot to mention my awesome salesperson Tone Morson, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go see him. He's sold my family 5 cars in the past few years and we are all happy. More
Won Our Confidence We brought the 2003 Honda in for air bag replacement on either the Friday or Saturday night before Christmas We planned to travel the following, day We brought the 2003 Honda in for air bag replacement on either the Friday or Saturday night before Christmas We planned to travel the following, day and in addition to the airbag there were two other recent problems. The sum of the problems -- plus the prompt, available service and parts -- brought us to the dealership we bought from. We were confident in Brandon and his crews quick assessment of the cause of one of our concerns. They quickly fixed both the airbag and the secondary need(s). Brandon & his crew also identified another genuine need, of considerable cost as well, and yet another more moderately priced replacement needed. Fortunately, the crew was able to identify the good condition of the expensive after-market replacement part, eliminating need for that replacement. (Replacing that would have been tempting skulduggery.) Yes, indeed, they found an additional somewhat ($300) expensive replacement need we didn't know about, but we agreed to the replacement with confidence. Altogether we spent a good deal more money than we expected, but Brandon stayed in touch with us every step of the way, so we had the confidence (a) that the needs were real and (b) our travel would be a lot safer and less troublesome due to Brandon & crew's work. I also want to point out the Brandon's extremely good communications skills and professional manner. He could have "razzed" us and treated us as though we didn't know anything. Instead, though the circumstances could have caused some hesitancy on our part, we felt full confidence in his honesty. More
