an ideal service department After my first conversation over the phone with David Morrow, I felt reassured that a dreaded repair would be handled well. And it was. David invited me to come in that afternoon so his team could evaluate the problem, then arranged a shuttle ride home for me, and called to let me know what needed to be done, The next afternoon David called again, as promised, to tell me the work was complete, and he would send the shuttle for me. When my entertaining driver and I arrived, all the paperwork was complete for me to sign, and I left feeling so well cared for! It was a warranty repair, but I was treated as kindly as if I had bought a fleet of cars! What an ideal service department--everyone I encountered was cheerful and friendly as well as being professional in their work. I don't think I'll forget the welcoming spirit of Mr. Morrow and his team. P.S. The car runs like new!. More
