Stephanie Talbot - Customer Service Representative Stephanie Talbot was my SUPER customer service representative on my last visit for my Honda CRV. I needed to purchase new tires for my car. She went over the options for me and even printed out tire ratings for me to review. While the tires were being installed, she check on me in the waiting area and brought me a bottled water. A rattle in the back hatch door was also fixed. I appreciate the evening hours offered at Motorcars Honda. New owner, took my car there for oil change - second time noticed smoke smell from cigarettes ... ignored since I thought it was an accident. Last week I asked the service to look at my sunroof cover from inside - bad mistake. The technician stepped inside, full of grease and now my inside is all stained with ugly gray grease ! The did not bother to care for the simplest basic thing - I don't even want to think how they are handling the mechanical side of things if they are so careless inside; when I showed it to the service guy start spraying cleaner on my car roof ..... horrible. No respect for someone's car ... new car that we care for gets tarnished in seconds by irresponsible workers. Will take my services to a different dealer ... More

He worked with me and got me financed for a 2015 CR-V. I love my new car. It is stylish with advanced technology. My friends and family love it. Mike is a very fine salesperson. I was very comfortable in making my decision, he did not pressure me, he knew that I would fall in love with the CR-V once I drove it home on the weekend. He was right, I was sold. Three smile stickers for Georgiann On Saturday, March 14, 2015, Georgiann was the only service advisor around when I came to pick-up my Civic following an oil change, but she handled th On Saturday, March 14, 2015, Georgiann was the only service advisor around when I came to pick-up my Civic following an oil change, but she handled the work load with skill and grace, giving thorough attention to every customer. The car wasn't quite ready because Georgiann wanted to get a recall (airbag) repair taken care of while the car was in the shop. To help keep my 9-year-old daughter occupied during the wait, she offered a vending machine token, which allowed us to enjoy a Sprite. After a short wait, the car was ready. During checkout Georgiann made both me and my daughter smile with excellent customer service and three smile stickers on our write-up. Keep it up Georgiann! More

He was professional, efficient, extremely pleasant, immediately knew what the issue was & totally solved my problem. If/when I buy another Honda, he's definitely the salesperson I will go to, & I will recommend him to my friends. More

Prior to the end of the warranty the check engine light came I recently purchased a Odyssey from Motorcars Honda. It came with a 3 mo 3,000 warranty. Prior to the end of the warranty the check engine light came on for a bad switch. I took the car in, they took a look and found the problem. They weren't able to fix the car that day so they made sure I had a loaner car to get me by, good thing too because my wife is due any minute. Stephanie was the one taking care of us that day. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, she called when the car was finished, as promised, and had it fixed the day she promised. She was exactly the kind of person who really makes you feel good about where you choose to buy and have your car serviced. Stephanie even gave my boy a toy car and a cookie... super sweet! The Service Department waiting room is always warm, well lit, and clean. The coffee was freshly brewed. The cookies were delicious. The Ladies Room was clean and neat. My car was serviced quickly and smartly and before I knew it, I was on my way. Good as new! I love my little Honda. And I love Motorcars Honda! ---Maggie More
