Service Can't Be Beat I recently had my Civic serviced at Motorcars (where I bought it). There were a number of issues with the vehicle and I couldn't afford to complete ev I recently had my Civic serviced at Motorcars (where I bought it). There were a number of issues with the vehicle and I couldn't afford to complete everything recommended at the time. Georgiann and the service technician helped me determine which services were critical and fit within my budget and which I could come back at a later date to perform. I've always had great experiences at Motorcars and feel that they value my business. I live half a mile from another Honda dealership but drive the extra 15 miles to Motorcars because their service is much better. More

Adam Henton in service greets me, answers my questions, delivers bad news gently (when necessary), and helps me make a good decision. Brian Zent, sales manager, is an outstanding individual. He makes me feel welcome and I got to hear about the cool expansion that he's excited about. The parts guys behind the window are always friendly and helpful. I'm really not there all that often, but it feels good to be recognized and to be taken care of. And of course the service my vehicles receive is top-notch. My '05 CR-V needed a timing chain, which is a major job - they were able to do it in less than 24 hours. In the meantime they supplied a great rental which was super convenient. I definitely recommend Motorcars Honda and will be back. More

AWESOME!! I had a service appointment at Motorcars Honda and when I pulled into the service area I was greeted right away by a very nice young lady (porter) who I had a service appointment at Motorcars Honda and when I pulled into the service area I was greeted right away by a very nice young lady (porter) who told me what to do. I then went into the service department and within a matter a minutes I was at the desk going over the reason I was there and out the door with my rental for the day and on my way to work. I was impressed!! Later that day I received a call from a gentleman named Adam Henton to let me know my car was done. I then at that time spoke with him about a matter I was not unhappy about from the purchase of my CRV. Adam was very tentative and professional and told me he would see what he could do. Adam called me back just a short time later with a resolution I was very pleased with. I wanted to write this review only because I wanted acknowledgement for that young man because out of all the different service departments I have been to, he was absolutely the best, most kind, most considerate most professional service person I have ever dealt with. Thank You to Adam first and foremost and also to the rest of Motorcars Honda Service Dept for making my first experience a VERY GOOD one!! More

My vehicle's battery died recently on a freezing cold, dark night while at work (though we never did figure out why; probably my fault though I will never admit to it). Andrew got in his car, came to my office, jumped the battery, and then followed up the next day to make sure it was working. This is above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, but I think it is very characteristic both of Andrew, and the type of service Motorcars provides. That's why we don't shop anywhere else. More

From the service staff to the sales staff we have always had good experiences over the last 25 years. Just last week I worked with Angie Lamar in the services area, who explained the repairs that needed to be made to my daughter's car. We decided to invest in a used car instead. We worked with Mike Lesko, portfolio manager, who identified some good used cars, but also explained the benefits of leasing a new vehicle. We ended up going with the leasing option. As you can imagine my daughter was thrilled, and we have the peace of mind of knowing that she is driving a safe vehicle. Mike took the time to thoroughly explain all of the features of the car to our daughter, so that she felt comfortable riding off of the lot. Thanks for Motorcars, and their wonderful staff, for making this a positive experience for our family. More
