problems with my car starting I took my car (which is a 2014 Honda Accord) to Motorcars on 12/02/14 because of a problem with my car not starting. I worked with Georgiann, who took care of seeing that my car was taken care of. She kept me informed what was happening with the car. She was very professional and friendly. I came in for service as a walk-in, and it did not take very long for my car to be repaired, I received a new battery for my car. Dropped the ball I had called to schedule an appointment for a radiator/heat issue. The earliest I could get in was Saturday morning because of the holiday. The advisor told me that if the car started smoking, to pull over and turn off the engine immediately. Driving down a busy highway during rush hour, my truck started smoking and I pulled over and turned off the engine. I called Motorcars to get advice. They suggested I have the truck towed there. I explained that I was quite a distance from the dealership and was not in a safe position being on the side of the highway and asked if I could drive the mile to the next exit and put coolant in and let it cool for a while. The adisor told me he would have his manager call me right back after he was off the phone. I waited for about 10 minutes. After nearly getting hit twice by passing cars, I looked up other Honda dealerships nearby. I called one that was about 5 miles from where I was, explained the situation and they suggested to have it towed in and they would be expecting me. I managed to get a tow through roadside assistance, and it was towed to the dealership. I walked in and they said that they were expecting me and had a rental car waiting for me. 2 hours after I called Motorcars in a panic, I finally got a call back. I was pulling in to my schools parking lot and didn't hear the phone. The manager (or whomever called) chose not to leave a message. Motorcars promotes "Customers For Life". After this experience, along with a few other visits with them, I will no longer consider them when I am in the market for a new vehicle. They dropped the ball. More
Super service from Georgiann I brought my car in today because I wasn't getting washer fluid in the front, even though the car was only a month and a half old. The technicians quickly determined that a critter had chewed through the tubing, and Georgiann arranged to have the repair made free of charge because the car is so new. She also gave me some great tips for how to keep the critters out of my car in the future--my car now smells like peppermint, thanks to her suggestions. She was so friendly and helpful. Employees like her are what has kept us coming back to Motorcars for 4 car purchases in a row. More

I'd like to single out Georgiann Perno in particular, who, as the "public face" of the service center at Motorcars Honda, seems to be working at 100 % capacity whenever I come in. Regardless of her workload, she always takes a moment to welcome me and lets me know that she'll be available to work with me. Since I usually prefer to wait in the customer lounge for my car to be serviced, Georgiann makes sure that I'm kept informed of the wait time as well as the issues that the technicians have communicated about my car. I also appreciate that she makes certain that all safety checks are performed before I leave, and she's told me more than once that no customer leaves unless she is sure that their car is completely safe to drive. This is especially important for those of us who have kept our Hondas for a decade or more, as well as those of us who are parents and send our children to Georgiann for service on their Hondas. Motorcars is very lucky to have her! More
