My Civic started making an alarming noise while I was on the road, and I drove straight to Motorcars. Although I didn't have an appointment, within an hour the car had been test-driven and checked, and some minor tightening took care of the problem. My Civic is old but has very low mileage, so I really need a knowledgeable, experienced customer service person who won't recommend unnecessary diagnostics or repairs, but will make sure my car has the maintenance it needs to keep me safe on the road. Georgiann does all this and more, and her warmth and humor make it much easier to deal with the hassle of car repairs. I don't know what I would do without her! More

Just Excellent Service I want to thank the Honda Service team and especially Mike Lesko for the support they provided me in resolving an issue with my windshield. I had Crys I want to thank the Honda Service team and especially Mike Lesko for the support they provided me in resolving an issue with my windshield. I had CrystalFusion applied to my windshield when I bought a brand new Accord. After awhile I started having visibility issues seeing out of the windshield. After working with their service team, they finally decided that the best course of action would be to replace the windshield. I just got my car back today and I couldn't be more happy with the results! Fortunately, it was pouring rain after I picked up my Accord so I got to test out the new windshield right away - it is fantastic! I could not believe how easy it was to see through the windshield, it's such a drastic difference. I used to move my head around to see through the windshield at different angles just so I could have normal visibility, but now I have no problems looking straight through. No streaks, no blurriness, no blotchiness. I'm really happy that this is finally resolved now. It has been a great experience working with the service team and they have been very supportive of resolving any issues that I've run into. I could not be more happy with the dealership I bought my car through! More

I brought it in for routine service and prior to picking it up received a call from Michael Lesko asking me to call or speak to him when I returned to pick up my car. When my husband and I returned we talked to Michael who told us we could purchase a new 2014 CRV and have lower payments than we currently had. This sparked our interest, but were still skeptical. He showed us a new CRV, we drove it and he came thru with quoting us with a lower price as well as explaining the benefits of upgrading to a new vehicle at this time. We agreed and decided on the vehicle that same day. Upon returning 2 days later to pick up the car, Michael was not only very informative about explaining all aspects of the vehicle, he was also very patient. I drove home with the car and love it. The experience was very positive and we will definitely return in the future when it comes time for another vehicle. More

I have dealt with Motorcars Honda for the past 25 years and I would not go to another dealership based on the excellent customer service I have received. I have previously owned 2 Civics and am now drivin and I would not go to another dealership based on the excellent customer service I have received. I have previously owned 2 Civics and am now driving a 1997 Honda Accord with 132,000 miles on it. My brother started buying Hondas after being very unhappy with the qulaity of the American made cars he had been buying. He tried out a Honda before they were American made and has never looked back. He was so happy with his original Accord and Motorcars Honda, that he got my family "hooked" also. I bought my first Civic because I needed a really reliable car and was immediately a fan. I then bought another Civic after giving my first Civic to my older daughter and then when the younger one started to drive, I handed down that Civic and bought an Accord that has been so reliable that I am still driving it. The sales staff was great but what also kep bringing me back to Motorcars was the quality of the service staff. They have always been so helpful and honest about what work has to be performed. They always explain everything that has to be done and why and that that honesty and trust is what I really have come to rely on. My daughters have boht moved to Orlando, FL and have continued in the family Honda tradition. My younger daughter bought a FIT and it was a great "fit" for her and she loves the car. Motorcars should be proud of the people I have dealt with in the service department that include Georgeann, Angie, Wendy and Josh. I just met Michael Lesko who is new to Motorcars Honda and I was immediately impressed with him and I know he will be a great asset to your organization. I am planning on buying a new Honda next year (probably a new Civic because my brother just replaced his Accord with a Civic about a year ago and loves it) and will be sure to come back and see Michael when that time comes. A great car from a great sales and service organization!!!!!!!!! More
I came to the service entrance after-hours because my car battery died. Michael Lesko came out and offered advice and guidance on what I could do. He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He invited us inside for a warm beverage and made us feel very wanted and important. He gave us his business card and offered to help with anything in the future. We will certainly come back to him because of the excellent customer service he offered. I highly recommend working with him on any automotive needs someone has at Motorcars in Cleveland Heights. More
