I can't start up my car and then I called Andrew who introduced this car to me when I first visited Motorcars Honda. He came with jumper and solved this problem. I’ve noticed over the years that their excelle My recent experience at Honda Service in Cleveland Hts, Ohio was the same as always…exceptional. I’ve noticed over the years that their excellent customer service, expertise and honesty are solidly consistent. Everyone is polite, caring and professional. The “atmosphere” of the service dept, beginning with the warm greeting as I drive up, turns car maintenance and repair into a more positive experience. Although I’ve used their convenient shuttle service, this last time I decided to wait in their comfortable lounge. I checked a few emails, then treated myself to their coffee, cookies and magazines. It reminded me how great it feels to have a little “down-time”! However, I couldn’t enjoy their hospitality if I wasn’t confident of the team’s technical knowledge and skill. They clearly know what they’re doing - and I walk away knowing my car is in great shape. In a world filled with scams and distrust, I so appreciate that I can trust the entire team. For example, when I recently brought my CRV in for routine service, I mentioned I was concerned about a rattling noise. When my car was ready, the technician (S. Ruben) personally explained to me that nothing was wrong with my car. He took me on a test drive & explained that the rattling was caused by a few pebbles that had gotten into a shield. I'm a middle age woman who knows nothing about cars – and it shows. An unethical person/place could easily have charged me for "a problem". This honesty, the guidance of the knowledgeable service advisors and the overall feeling of respect are why I recommend and will continue to use Motorcars. More

Andrew came to my home in Brunswick last week to bring my KIA in for service. It was having a problem with the "Check Engine" light coming on and stalling. I brought it to the KIA dealer and other service ce KIA in for service. It was having a problem with the "Check Engine" light coming on and stalling. I brought it to the KIA dealer and other service centers and each time I got a different problem and the cost was WELL over $1,000. I called Andrew, and I did not buy my car from him ......But I have known him for over a year now and I trust his opinion. He brought the cat back and it was a $300 fix, an air mass meter???? What ever that is???? Thank you Andrew and Honda service for fixing my car, I guess Angie in service was the writer and Elmer Jr was the TECH that fixed the problem.......I recommend Andrew and Honda service for your next car or your current cars fix no matter what the brand........
