I bought two cars (96 Civic, 02 Accord) over the course of 15 years from Motorcars Honda and had them both serviced there exclusively. Never had a single problem. You could not ask for better service or fo of 15 years from Motorcars Honda and had them both serviced there exclusively. Never had a single problem. You could not ask for better service or for more professional yet friendly service agents. Simply outstanding. Easy to make appointments, hours make it convenient, always got my car back in excellent condition (no dirty interiors, etc). Everything is always explained to me before, during (calls during the day to update me on status--I never had to call them or chase them down) and when picking up my car. Got a Honda? Don't waste your time going anywhere else. More

Tim is my go-to Service Adviser in the mornings. Clear, straight-forward, thorough ...the repair cost he quotes me is the repair cost I get. You may deal with the Sales Department once during the life of the vehicle, but you'll be interacting with the Service Department two to three times per year --if you're taking good care of it. My wife bought a 2005 crv in october of 2004 from motor cars honda.before that,I never was familiar with the dealership.I am very satisfied with the durability of the vehicle.i was not to pleased with the cars honda.before that,I never was familiar with the dealership.I am very satisfied with the durability of the vehicle.i was not to pleased with the sales woman, after the fact that she lied to my wife about having a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty, that we paid $1800.00 for.my wife told me it was good for 10 years or 100,000 miles.we still do not have that kind of mileage and our warranty is up.Also,after an accident I used your body shop once and never will again.I was told the body shop is not affiliated with the dealership so I will not hold that against the rating of the dealership.I do not remember the guys name who rides a harley over there.He is extremely arrogent and acts like he could not be replaced.He also is a cumpulsive lier which cost me extra money out of my pocket.This all could of been avoided, if he was a straight up person.I am not going into details about these incidents but have decided to bring them up because i never have before.But as you can see,I would have good reason not to have given you a 5 star rating accross the board.The reason I have, is because of one person,which is georgiane perno.She is one of the most gacious people I have come accross in my life and will do what she can to make things right by people.Besides my wife and myself i am sure other people feel the same about her.If you ever lose her,you would be losing a top rated asset to your dealership.If it was not for her,I would of never wasted my time writing this because me and my wife would of gone elsewhere,years ago.
