I have worked with many of the service personnel over the last several years... Georgiann, Tim, Andre.. to name a few. They are all great, extremely helpful and seem to always be able to help me at a moment last several years... Georgiann, Tim, Andre.. to name a few. My Honda Accord is almost 10 years old, and running so well, that it's hard to justify getting a new car, but I will certainly use your dealership forever! When I was recently in for a quick new battery replacement, I told this story about your service department and was asked to send it in to you. My favorite story about your service department and the Best Bargain I Ever Got happened a few years ago. I often work all night and drive back and forth at night to University Hospitals as an ObGYN, and my car and its dependability, reliability and availabilty are crucial to my actual survival and safety. On morning, about 7 a.m., I was leaving the hospital and was pulled over by a Cleveland Heights Policeman because one of my car lights was out. He did not give me a ticket (!!), but warned me to get it fixed and since I was near the dealership and didn't have any other time to schedule a repair, I just drove right in and asked for help. The service employee showed me into the lounge, showed me where the coffee and cookies were and I sat down on a comfy couch. Having worked all night, I promptly fell asleep after eating some cookies, and was awakened about 45 minutes later with a gentle tap on the shoulder. The serviceman said that all I needed was a fuse for the light and that the car was fixed and they had run it through the complimentary carwash also. The total bill was about $3 or something really cheap like that.. I was only charged for the actual fuse. So, for just that couple of dollars, I had my car fixed, a car wash, breakfast and a nap... the best bargain and the best hour I have spent. I can't thank you all for the times I have used your service for routine maintenance and the few repairs or updates I have scheduled....Your service and kindness are legendary!! Purchased our Honda CRV in 2007 from Andrew Chiarelli. He provides continuous service. Recentlyin 2011, I locked both sets of keys in our CRV. I took my car to Motorcars Honda for service because when I started the car, it sounded very loud as if I were giving it gas. Also, there was noise coming from under the car when I went over bumps. Georgiann greeted me with her beautiful personality and smile and made me feel very comfortable. I waited while repairs were made. Georgiann was courteous, professional and patient. She explained the problem in great detail. It turned out the problem I had was the body shield and heatshield were loose. I highly recommend Georgiann and will definitely make future appointments with her. She is a GREAT asset to Motorcars. I would also like to thank Ted Keeney for diagnosing the problem and doing the repairs. More
I woke up on a very cold morning, went to the garage to start my car and found the battery was dead. I called roadside assistance and the tow truck driver told me I definitely needed a new battery. Faced with the hassle of finding a reliable battery, I did what I usually do. I called Georgiann at Honda Services and asked for her help. She arranged for me to come in immiediatly for a new battery. I was in and out in a very short time with a brand new battery at a reasonable price. I invariably find georgiann to be knowledgable, friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact she goes beyond the call of duty in her desire to be helpful. She takes my problems seriously and does everything in her power to solve them in a satisfactory manner. I have been buying cars from Honda and getting them serviced for over 20 years now and in all of that time I have never been disappointed in the quality of the service. I have dealt for the most part with Georgiann. She and the other employees I have come in contact with have made my experiences at Motorcars Honda a pleasure. More
Recently, I needed an oil change. I was able to schedule an appointment online. The service team completed my oil change in a timely manner. They even came out to give me an update on my car. There is a tv, magazines, and internet. This is great because I can still work while my car is being serviced. I will return for my next oil change. I highly recommend this dealer. More
Simply the best! This is my second experience with Georgiann in the last 6 months. This type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. Friendly, courteous, attentive; she remembered me from week Georgiann in the last 6 months. This type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. Friendly, courteous, attentive; she remembered me from weeks earlier. I don't know Georgiann, we are not related, but she treated me like we were. I actually wanted to pick up the red house phone and call the owner, Mr. Gile to tell him what a gem he has. I drove all the way from Chagrin Falls to have our Honda serviced for a recall notice, and I would most certainly do it again. A kind-hearted, intelligent multi-tasker. Hang on to Georgiann. We have been going to Motorcars Honda since 1987. We have purchased and/or serviced 10 Hondas there.They have fantastic service and sales departments. They more than meet your needs. Once my son was in an accident on a Wednesday evening in January. He skidded and hit the curb and damaged part of the steering. He needed to return to school on Sunday morning. We brought the car in that evening. (Service department is open until 2AM). They started to work on the car that night. Ordered the parts Thursday morning for next day delivery and completed the work by Friday afternoon. My son was able to get back to school on time. More
I woke up on Monday Morning to discover I had a dead car battery. I called honda service manager Elmer and was very upset and I was given a number to call for a tow truck. The truck came and jumped the batt battery. I called honda service manager Elmer and was very upset and I was given a number to call for a tow truck. The truck came and jumped the battery and then I went to see Elmer and he and Georgiann took excelent care of me. Within an hour, I was on my way with a new battery.
