Why does this dealer give a coupon for car detailing, but they say they don't do that kind of service. I was told to call other dealers if they did car detailing and said no. Honda of Downtown LA is honestly one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to. Not just because they have a wide variety of vehicles in stock but because they are there for their people! Natalie Va dealerships I’ve ever been to. Not just because they have a wide variety of vehicles in stock but because they are there for their people! Natalie Valerio, internet manager, gave me a great deal that I could not give up. Geovanni Rivera, our sales representative, was nothing but helpful and respectful to my family and I. He also made sure that not just me but my family were being taken care of as well. He even went above and beyond and got us fruit cups from what I believe was a local vendor, which is something you shouldn’t expect but was very generous of him. Andy Gonzalez, from finance, was really helpful as well, he also made my family and I feel comfortable and he didn’t force us into anything that we didn’t want. Overall, it was a really great experience going to this dealership, many say the car buying experience just is not it (and I could agree) but here at Honda Downtown LA, you’re going to be taken care of.
