Buying a car in this market (2023) is still pretty difficult. Dealers expect the buyer to be willing to pay some pretty wild prices. I had visited 2 dealers and communicated with about 20; I was prett difficult. Dealers expect the buyer to be willing to pay some pretty wild prices. I had visited 2 dealers and communicated with about 20; I was pretty fed up with the car buying process. Jerry reached out to me with a great offer for exactly the car we wanted, that was the first thumbs up---Other dealers were trying to get us into a different color, or different trim; not here. Jerry was completely transparent with numbers, and was very willing to do what he needed to make sure I was happy with the deal in general. We left with exactly the car we wanted at a price that we were very happy about. I am willing to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Even at the finance department, where sometimes the sale can go south, they kept their word, and made sure to be clear about the paperwork. I absolutely recommended working with Jerry Gonzalez and with Honda of DTLA in general. They seemed to be so much busier than the other dealers I'd been to which just goes to show how popular of a place this is and how great they are at making a deal. More
