We had very bad experiences with the service department. In January 2022, I came to this location to get oil change done. 2 hours later, they called me to pay my bill and that my car was ready for pick-up In January 2022, I came to this location to get oil change done. 2 hours later, they called me to pay my bill and that my car was ready for pick-up. I waited for 30 minutes standing outside waiting for my car to be delivered and even had to ask someone to find out where my car was, turned out the service advisor didn’t advise anyone to deliver my car upfront. Another bad experience was recently, the service advisor didn’t notify us again that our car was ready. After waiting for more than 3 hours, (our appointment was at 7am), we had to ask someone to find out what happened to our car. The person asked us if we can see our car upfront? My husband looked outside and saw our car parked almost out the dealership and the person told us “then your car is ready.” What the heck was that? What makes matters worse, the service advisor typed someone else’s name on the work order so we didn’t know who to make a follow-up with. He completely ignored my complaint about the sudden break alert that I’ve been experiencing while driving my car. These awful experiences are enough to make us look for another dealership and not buy any cars from them anymore. More
