They guy who help was kind and informative, although I was Waiting for some one to help me but no one would Approach me, I saw 7 guys in front of my by a out door desk just fooling around punching each ot was Waiting for some one to help me but no one would Approach me, I saw 7 guys in front of my by a out door desk just fooling around punching each other. When the guy who helped me asked one of the other workers if I’ve been helped he says “ no, he just got here”. I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes. i don’t understand why the workers would lie why not just admit we are just fooling around and pay no attention to me. I’m pro about having fun at work, but we all know there’s a time and a place for everything. Another thing that I was a bit irritated by was the fact that my service took longer than I was quoted it was 3 pm and I did not get my car until 520pm, If it was going to take longer I would had appreciate some one informing me so I could just wait at home. I normally have my service at Culver City Honda, and they are more efficient with time quoting and also very professional, even thou Down town LA Honda is much closer I’d rather go to Culver City in the future. More
