Working with Honda In DTLA has been a horrible experience for me. The sales person that helped me was nice but after I drove off with the new car my experience with DTLA Honda have been a nightmare. I got the car on 6/5/2021 and this have been the worst car buying experience ever. Someone messed up the paperwork by making typos on my Social security number and my address. I know mistakes happen and my issue is I’m not getting any communication from the dealership. When they want to sell a car they will go above and beyond but now that they have made a mistake crickets. I’m sure I’ll get a phone call when the payment is due. I’ve been calling and leaving messages and I get no response. I’ve been to the dealership and was treated like I was a bother for coming in and made to wait for a long time. Also, I traded a car and it hasn’t been paid off. I’m guessing because my information is incorrect. So I’m paying for a car I don’t have anymore. I haven’t been able to enjoy the new car. It’s so messed up and stressful. Because of this I will probably never get another Honda. Honda could have made the situation a little better by simply providing good customer service and communicating. More

Since Honda of Downtown LA moved to a new location, the customer service has improved significantly.
