My first time coming in was not so eventful. I was assisted by Mat he was nice and helpful but however the manager DAVID was not so nice. I can certainly say he was RUDE. I had a friend help me try to assisted by Mat he was nice and helpful but however the manager DAVID was not so nice. I can certainly say he was RUDE. I had a friend help me try to get to my budget and David made a stupid comment when I said my friend would speak for me. David said “ oh so he’s buying the car.” When he clearly knew I was in to buy a car. Secondly, even if a customer gets a little rude as a manager you should never get on a customers level. I told myself I would not come back to buy a car at this dealership. However, I gave it a second chance. Then joe came to assist me and I had a wonderful experience buying my first car with Joe. God bless him and everyone who helped me achieve my budget. i was pleased to walk out the dealership with a 2014 Honda Accord. Thank you for helping me More

Horrible customer service and efficiency. I had to follow up 3 different times with 3 different sales reps to get a lease going. Very inconsistent when it matters. After I had the lease they kept calling non up 3 different times with 3 different sales reps to get a lease going. Very inconsistent when it matters. After I had the lease they kept calling non stop and being such a nuisance. Worse experience ever! Never going back! More
