Honda has always had great customer service. I’ve been with them for almost 4 years now and I’ve never had any problems! The employees are always nice, and willing to help you. I initially went for service for my Honda Accord, but was approached by Daniel Ruiz and his customer service was impeccable. He ensured he was going to help me in the best way he could, and he did! I left yesterday with my new 2021 Honda CRV. Additionally, his attention to detail and everything I told him he understood exactly what I wanted. The whole process was extremely smooth, and fast.
