Terrible service experience. They told me my car had no coolant and said I needed a flush. Suspecting there must be a leak, I denied the service and just asked for the coolant to They told me my car had no coolant and said I needed a flush. I nervously drove to AutoZone to buy coolant and when I went to fill up my coolant, it was already filled. So he was either lying about their policy or he was ignorant. Either way it is not acceptable. More
