My husband and I had been looking at Toyota Camrys and possibly Priuses. He suggested we look at Hondas. We'd gone in to possibly look at the Civic hybrid and saw the Accords. They were beautiful. Mike was very patient in taking us on a number of test drives -- and this was on a Monday night about an hour before closing! We were shown a beautiful 2010 Accord that really fit the description of what we were looking for, and the decision was made fairly quickly. We feel we got a reasonably good value for our trade-in and a fair price on the Accord. We were able to complete the sale that evening, and the entire process went very smoothly. More

I went to take a test drive of a 2011 CRV. I told the salesman I wanted to just sit in one and then asked to drive one. Another salesman came over at this point after the first one had left. I wanted a 2011 Odyssey Touring which is hard to come by. Amil said he would call me as soon as they got one and he called me before it had even arrived at the dealership.
