Installing new radio Had a third party company replace the radio (broken on/off switch) and they did a terrible job. We also found out the replacement voided the warranty. Our rep not only got the radio replaced the with a brand new Honda radio, but now the cameras work along with the steering wheel controls. He also got the warranty back on the car! Through out the entire experience, he kept us informed of what was being done, what the cost would be and had the car ready for pick up when promised. The CR-V is our third Honda from Honda of Fife and it is the great cars, service and staff that keep us going back to them. More

Stayed Late I was down to 1% of oil remaining for several days and the only day I could get my car there was after work on a Friday. Traveling from Kent to Fife o I was down to 1% of oil remaining for several days and the only day I could get my car there was after work on a Friday. Traveling from Kent to Fife on a Friday evening isn’t easy, even though I left work early. I got there 30 minutes before they close and was told I’m probably too late without an appointment to get it done. But they got me in and even checked on an extra item I wanted to have checked.
