All concerns were addressed and/or fixed at no charge to me. They even touched up some scrapes I got on the back bumper. Paint guy did an excellent job. Service rep was very helpful (sorry I forgot his name and I'd like to give him credit. I think he was a new service rep). Again very appreciative that Fife of Honda offers loaner cars! Thank you! Service above and beyond We had a transmission problem that was very complicated and Jeff worked long and hard with the warranty company so it would be covered under warranty.
