Safety recall & oil change I had to have the inflator for the passenger airbag replaced as part of a safety recall -- and had an oil change & check-up at the same time. Service below par No one took the time to figure out why my battery test “didn't pass but, didn’t fail”. I was told to go to ‘car toys’ and they would figure it out, ma No one took the time to figure out why my battery test “didn't pass but, didn’t fail”. Was also told it needed to be replaced immediately but sent along my way sans replacement. During my confirmation call the day before, I was told to ask for “DJ” upon arrival, I did but no one greeted me during or after my wait so I was confused about that too. The only employee I worked with was the guy at the front desk who I assume is just reception and the cashier. None of the service associates acknowledged me. So the person I chose below is just so I can complete the survey. I also assume that is who was supposed to speak with me initially ( DJ). Anyway, I’m disappointed. Will try another Honda location to check my battery situation and get my car serviced in the future hopefully, 100%. More

They Were Fast! Check in was done in a matter of seconds. My wife and I went in to the waiting room and enjoyed their great chocolate-chip cookies and custom-brewed Check in was done in a matter of seconds.
