Service Advisor lack of knowledge. Service was oil change and non-working key fob. Service advisor just had a battery replaced in fob without testing it. Second advisor, Kamryn found fob not working when returning truck to me after service. She suggested I return the following day to get a replacement fob, which I did. I then asked for a refund for the new battery installed into the bad fob. That was taken care of prior to my leaving. More

Used Car Purchase Inspection They did a good job on the inspection. Found nothing pressing, just the normal 100K timing belt/water pump replacement, and spark plug replacement.
