They quickly took ownership of the issue (Responsive) and quickly acted (Rapid) to address the issue. Cole was communicative from the first phone call to the hand off of keys to me. Raj was eager to demonstrate features and show us the car we wanted. There are a few things that were a bit cumbersome to navigate through, namely the negotiations. I suppose this is my real first time negotiating on my own but you notice how the price is fast and loose when it comes down to it. I understand that the dealership has to make money on the car, after all, it's a business itself; however, everyone wants to walk out wanting the best deal they can get. It is about managing both your own expectations and the dealer's expectations and hope that you walk out happy on that. The reason why I gave price a 3/5 was because I don't think I walked out with the best price I could've gotten elsewhere. But OTD pricing surveys online are limited in that financing affects the total amount you would pay over the years. Getting a good car sales price, good financing deal, and good return on the trade-in are the best you can do. Honda at Fife gave me a pretty decent car sales price, mediocre financing deal, but pretty good return on the trade-in. Overall, it was a decent price for a car we really love. In the end, that matters. Much thanks to Raj, Brittany (internet sales consultant), and the rest of the team. Special thanks to the finance guy who had to drive back to close the deal late at night -- I hope you caught your flight (really sorry!). I have nothing bad to say about the dealership itself -- the people are great. I know it is a business and I can't expect to take a car less than you are willing to make money on it. More

Honda of Fife I quite enjoyed working with the people at Honda of Fife. First, I went to South Tacoma Honda, I was not very pleased with them. But at Honda of Fi I quite enjoyed working with the people at Honda of Fife. First, I went to South Tacoma Honda, I was not very pleased with them. But at Honda of Fife, I was well taken care of by Michael Pendergraft. He was well informed about Honda, as well as the inventory that was available at Fife.
