Same Day Service It is difficult for me to get my Honda serviced as I have a hectic schedule. I was driving to work on Friday 6/14 and called Honda of Fife Service It is difficult for me to get my Honda serviced as I have a hectic schedule. I was driving to work on Friday 6/14 and called Honda of Fife Service Department at 7.05 on my way to work and asked IF I could please drop me car off for Service that day. The Service Manager explained that the Service Department was "booked out" on Friday, but please bring it in and we'll get it done for you....if you please give us until noon to do it. My Honda Ridgeline was ready at 11.00 am. for me to pick up. To me, this is outstanding Service! More

Warren made sure that everything was checked out and followed through, down to finding someone to help with my Bluetooth issue. Every employee I spoke with from front desk to serviced was warm and helpful. Your waiting area is clean and comfortable with extras I wouldn't have expected, ie. cookies. The car wash was a welcomed benefit, since physically I am unable to wash it myself. Thankyou for a great experience. Kudos to your staff and their customer service! More
