I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness and every service representative has helped to explain to me what work my car needs done and why. I’ve even been brought into the garage to be shown what was going on with my vehicle so that I could understand the issue. I now live in Seattle but continue to make the drive to Fife to get my vehicle serviced at Honda of Fife because I trust them and feel that they do right by me. More

Tires, Brakes, Transmission, OH MY! Crystal went above and beyond taking care of all my service details before even stepping foot inside Honda of Fife. I had multiple issues that needed Crystal went above and beyond taking care of all my service details before even stepping foot inside Honda of Fife. I had multiple issues that needed to be taken care of in a single appointment. Airbag recall, transmission fluid replacement, new brakes, new tires, and a headlight replaced. Crystal was able to let me know about the coupons Honda of Fife had available at this time, and was even able to squeeze my appointment in before they expired the next day. When it came time to drop off my Honda Element, I was informed I'd be able to apply whichever coupon would give me the greatest discount. After meeting with Jeff, he was able to combine both coupons for the service, saving me way more than i had initially presumed. Overall i would recommend Honda to Fife to all other Honda owners. Having purchased my vehicle via Tacoma of Renton, I was weary that i would run into issues having it serviced at a different location. I couldn't have been more wrong. It felt as if i had just purchased the vehicle from them a month ago. I will for surely be scheduling even the smallest of services with them moving forward. Their oil change cost blew any jiffy lube quote out of the water! More
