Michael P. is the man! Michael P. is the epitome of customer care. He listened to our wants and needs and came through for us. After some issues with management he followed Michael P. is the epitome of customer care. He listened to our wants and needs and came through for us. The only reason for a 4 star is that I had some issues with online sales and the financial signing. Online sales had to many people in the mix that I was dealing with, and emails were not read thoroughly. With the financial signing, there was some misinformation given to us that we realized after we got home and read the fine print. (Can't read all the fine print at the dealership or we would have spent the night) Lesson learned. I love my new car and that is thanks to Michael and Chris! More
